IMPORTANT DEADLINES & LATE FEE SCHEDULE:
- June 1, 2025
- Inspection fees due to guarantee participation and secure location sites.
- $75 Penalty Fee per horse for late applications & payment.
- July 1, 2025
- Deadline to receive LN inscription/Registration & Transfer of Ownership documents to guarantee processing in time for inspection.
- August 1, 2025
- $150 Penalty Fee per horse for late applications & payment.
- September 1, 2025
- $250 Penalty Fee per horse for late applications & payment.
- Judge & travel fees assessed. (These are separate from the initial inspection fee.) These are non-refundable once invoiced.
- Sept 15,, 2025
- No horses may be added after this date unless paperwork is 100% complete.
- Stallion semen & organ reports due.
- Additional Fees: $300 penalty for late payment of judge & travel fees. These fees are separate from the initial inspection fee and are non-refundable once invoiced.
