Description
Use this product when the horse is still recorded with APSL in the name of a foreign owner or entity — even if the horse is already in the US or Canada, and even if it is being purchased from a US or Canadian seller.
When the transfer is completed, the public studbook will reflect the name of the new owner, and new APSL papers will be issued to the new owner.
USLA Certificate of Registration is not included with Foreign transfers and is only available for US/Canadian transfers.
Normally this process is initiated by the seller. The buyer may also initiate this transfer, particularly if the purchase was made at some time in the past.
