Purchase the foreign APSL ownership transfer together with a USLA Certificate of Registration at a discounted combined price.
Use this when the horse is still recorded with APSL in the name of a foreign owner or entity, and you also want a USLA Certificate of Registration. The USLA Certificate of Registration may also be purchased separately.
When an APSL horse is transferred, complete the Transfer of Ownership Form. Checking the USLA Certificate of Registration box on that form selects this combined service.
