Description
When an APSL horse is transferred to a new owner, the public studbook will reflect the name of the new owner, and new APSL papers will be issued to the new owner.
Normally this process is initiated by the seller. The buyer may also initiate this transfer, particularly if the purchase was made at some time in the past.
