About Pedro Torres

His training emphasizes a deep connection between horse and rider, ensuring peak performance across all phases of Working Equitation.
Clinic Overview
Each horse and rider will be individually evaluated to tailor the instruction to their specific needs. Pedro Torres will assess the strengths and areas for improvement of each combination, adapting his approach to provide personalized guidance. The clinic will primarily focus on the Ease-of-Handling phase, emphasizing accuracy and precision to best assist each participant.
Clinic Objectives
- Mastery of Precision during Ease-of-Handling: Participants will focus on refining their skills in the Ease-of-Handling phase, where precision in navigating obstacles and executing movements like flying changes are critical. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing control, accuracy, and finesse in performance, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each horse and rider.
- Enhanced Communication for Accurate Movement Execution: This objective aims to deepen the communication between horse and rider, essential for the successful execution of complex maneuvers such as flying changes during the Ease-of-Handling phase. Participants will work on improving subtle and clear cues, enhancing the overall connection and responsiveness of the horse.
- Strategic Approach to Agility and Movement Transitions: Riders will develop strategies to balance control and agility, particularly in the Ease-of-Handling phase, where transitions and movement accuracy are paramount. Special focus will be given to the execution of flying changes and other key transitions, optimizing performance without compromising precision.
