Purchase the ownership transfer together with a USLA Certificate of Registration.

When an APSL horse is transferred to a new owner, the public studbook will reflect the name of the new owner, and new APSL papers will be issued to the new owner.

Your USLA Certificate of Registration will be shipped as soon as the transfer of ownership is recorded with APSL.

Normally this process is initiated by the seller. The buyer may also initiate this transfer, particularly if the purchase was made at some time in the past.
