In order to be defined as a Pure Blood Lusitano (PSL) both parents must be registered with the APSL Book of Adults and both parents must have a Book of Adults number (LA/LGA). If either of the parents does not have a Book of Adults number (LA/LGA) your horse is NOT eligible to be registered as a Pure Blood Lusitano.
