All-Breeds Award Program
The United States Lusitano Association (USLA) is pleased to participate in the USDF All-Breeds Award Program, which recognizes outstanding dressage horses registered with participating breed organizations.

Participating Organizations
USLA is a participating organization in the USDF All-Breeds Award Program. A complete list of participating organizations may be found here:
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the USDF All-Breeds Award Program with your APSL/USLA-registered Lusitano, the following requirements must be met:
- You must have a current USLA membership (USLA memberships expire November 30, consistent with USDF memberships)
- The horse must be registered with APSL in the owner’s name (If a transfer of ownership is required, USLA can assist — see the Transfer Form)
- The horse must have a USLA Certificate of Registration (If you do not yet have one, it may be ordered through USLA)
- Your USDF All-Breeds Declaration Form must be submitted to USDF by August 1
- All-Breeds Award fees are paid directly to USDF

To participate, complete and submit the official USDF All-Breeds Declaration Form:

Changing Breed Organizations
If your horse was previously declared under another breed organization and you wish to change to USLA, simply submit a new USDF All-Breeds Declaration Form and pay the applicable change fee by August 1.
Important Note
For the Horse’s Breed Registry Number on the USDF declaration form, please enter the horse’s APSL NIN.
