Performance & Breeding Highlights

Jaca is a spectacular daughter of the double-recognized stallion Riopele, a Recommended Reproducer and Reproducer of Merit, whose sire is the influential Hostil, also a Reproducer of Merit. She clearly embodies the strengths of her genetics, combining remarkable beauty, athleticism, expressive movement, substantial size, and the kind, willing temperament that defines the best Lusitanos.

Jaca has produced a number of exceptional foals, including Salsa, Silver Medalist in Model and Movements at the 2024 USLA Lusitano Conference during the World Equestrian Center show. Salsa has since joined the Wasatch Lusitanos broodmare band, continuing Jaca's outstanding maternal legacy.

Foals from Jaca are consistently noted for their beauty, strength, size, and exceptional gaits. They are as kind as they are athletic, making them wonderful partners both in and out of the arena. With her distinguished pedigree and proven production record, we expect to see many of Jaca's offspring excel in the competitive dressage arena in the years ahead.
