Purchase the APSL Registration together with a USLA Certificate of Registration.
When an APSL eligible horse is registered, the public studbook will reflect the details of the horse, including bloodlines, breeder, and owner information, and new APSL papers will be issued to the new owner.
Your USLA Certificate of Registration will be shipped as soon as the Registration of the horse with APSL is confirmed by APSL.
The breeder is expected to initiate the registration of the offspring that he or she breeds. Eligible older horses may also be registered by the current owner.
