USLA Members: Announcing the USLA Marketplace Directories
USLA is expanding its online Marketplace with new directories for APSL Lusitanos in the United States and Canada.
These directories give USLA members the opportunity to share eligible horses with owners, breeders, buyers, and Lusitano enthusiasts through the USLA website.
USLA Marketplace directory areas include:
- Sales Marketplace
- Stallion Directory
- Broodmare Directory
To add a horse to one of these Marketplace directories, members will use the Horse Profiles form in the My USLA member area.
Before You Begin
To submit a horse for a Marketplace directory, you must be logged in to your USLA member account and have a current USLA membership.
Marketplace directory listings are for APSL Lusitanos with an APSL registration number/NIN.
Public directory listings are for APSL Lusitanos in the United States or Canada.
Some directory areas have additional requirements. Stallions must be approved for breeding and offered for semen sales. Broodmares must be approved for breeding and actively included in a breeding program.
How to Submit a Horse for the Marketplace Directories
- Log in to your USLA member account.
- Go to My USLA.
- Select My Horses.
- Open Horse Profiles.
- Complete the Horse Information tab.
- Use the Sales Information, Stallion Directory, or Broodmare Directory tabs as applicable.
- Submit the horse profile.
After submission, USLA will review the listing before it appears publicly in any directory.
Preview and Review
After you submit a horse profile, you can preview the listing from your horse card in My Horses.
A preview allows you to see how the listing will appear before it is approved for public display. Public directory listings are reviewed by USLA before publication.
