<h1>USLA Sales Marketplace Terms &amp; Conditions</h1>

<p>
The USLA Lusitano Sales Marketplace (“Marketplace”) is provided by the
United States Lusitano Association (“USLA”) as an informational service
intended to help connect buyers and sellers of APSL Lusitanos located in
the United States and Canada.
</p>

<p>
By submitting or maintaining a listing, the Seller agrees to the following:
</p>

<h2>1. Eligibility</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Horses listed must be APSL Lusitanos physically located in the United States or Canada.</li>
  <li>Listings are limited to current USLA members in good standing.</li>
  <li>USLA reserves the right to approve, edit, decline, or remove listings at its discretion.</li>
</ul>

<h2>2. Listing Information</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Sellers are responsible for ensuring that listing information is accurate and current.</li>
  <li>USLA may display information already maintained in USLA/APSL records, including pedigree, breeder, registration, inspection, and breeding approval information.</li>
  <li>Sellers are responsible for updating listings when circumstances change.</li>
</ul>

<h2>3. Photos and Media</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Sellers confirm they have permission to use all submitted photos and media.</li>
  <li>By submitting media, Sellers grant USLA permission to display such materials in connection with the Marketplace.</li>
</ul>

<h2>4. No Brokerage or Commission</h2>
<ul>
  <li>USLA is not a broker, agent, or intermediary in horse transactions.</li>
  <li>USLA does not participate in commissions or percentages from horse sales.</li>
  <li>Any future Marketplace fees are administrative listing fees only.</li>
</ul>

<h2>5. No Verification or Warranty</h2>
<ul>
  <li>USLA does not independently verify ownership, training level, temperament, health status, pricing, or seller representations.</li>
  <li>Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and veterinary evaluations.</li>
  <li>Marketplace listings do not constitute endorsement or certification by USLA.</li>
</ul>

<h2>6. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>USLA assumes no responsibility or liability related to:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Horse sales transactions</li>
  <li>Listing accuracy</li>
  <li>Contract disputes</li>
  <li>Injuries or losses</li>
  <li>Transportation</li>
  <li>Veterinary or breeding outcomes</li>
</ul>

<p>Use of the Marketplace is at the user’s own risk.</p>

<h2>7. Listing Fees</h2>
<p>
Marketplace listings are currently offered at no charge for qualifying USLA
members during the introductory launch period. USLA reserves the right to
introduce listing fees in the future.

<h2>8. Acceptance of Terms</h2>
<p>
By submitting or maintaining a Marketplace listing, the Seller acknowledges
acceptance of these Terms &amp; Conditions.
