Description

To request replacement papers (LN or LA) for an APSL Lusitano:

• This form must be filled out in order to request a replacement APSL Papers for your horse. Form found HERE.
• The replacement papers must be requested by the owner of record.
• The replacement papers will be issued in the name of the current owner of the horse. There can be no change in the papers when using this service.
• The price of the replacement papers depends on your level of membership. To check pricing, please click HERE.
• After you submit the form, the USLA Team will request the necessary original document from Portugal. The document will be sent to USLA, and we will forward it to you.
• When USLA receives the papers from APSL, we will send them to the requester.
